One goal of mine was to try out a new recipe every week. Last night I made Schezwan Chicken and Kung Po Sauce.

Mix egg, cornstarch, and salt together in small bowl
Slice the chicken and combine with above mixure.

In separate bowl mix hoisen sauce, brown sugar, cooking white wine, garlic and chick stock.

Cook chicken, turning constantly. Pour 2nd mixture on chicken. Bring to boil, continue to mix.
Add cashew nuts.

Garnish with cilantro.

oh, my husband doesn't like spicy food, but I did add a little sweet and sour sauce to it, to give it a little bit of a kick, but did not include the dried chilies that the recipe called for.
